Deacon. Pleaded no contest in 3/02 of providing pornographic material to two boys and to misdemeanor sexual battery on one of them between 1999-2000 at Epiphany Church in South El Monte. Taken into custody in 5/02 pending sentencing. Sentenced 6/02 to one year in county jail, a 44-month suspended state prison term and five years felony probation. Required to register as sex offender. Per the Los Angeles archdiocese’s list in 12/18, Ahumada is deceased.
