Visiting priest from Nigeria. Arrested 4/1/96 on charges that he groped a 16-year-old girl, exposed himself to her, and requested sexual acts from her at a motel. A 21-year-old woman was also involved. The two women took his car after the event and he reported the car stolen. The 16-year-old made the allegations when they were picked up by police. Akuzie refused to press charges for theft.
