Suspended after accused of fondling a boy in 1998. Sent to treatment. Returned to ministry. Accused of sexual contact with 16-year-old boy at the home of boy’s family in 4/01. Pled innocent 5/02. Pled guilty 5/03 to charge of sexual battery in plea bargain. Sentenced to five years in prison with all but two years suspended. Suit filed 1/03; settled in 2012. Laicized 2007. On sex offender registry as of 6/10. Died 12/31/13. On diocese’s list 2/6/!9.
