Fr. William G. Ayres
Removed from assignments at two parishes in 11/10 after allegations that he had molested a minor in the late 1990s while at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. Matter referred to District Attorney. Ayres was staying at a home for retired priests during investigation. Civil suit filed in 10/11 accused Ayers of abusing another youth while a seminarian, 1996 through 1999 at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish in Philadelphia.
