Named as accused in the 2005 Addendum to Archdiocese Report. Allegation of abuse of one minor 1967-68, while assigned to St. Augustine’s in Culver City. The 2016 Official Catholic Directory shows a Fred Balak as director of the Mausoleum at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.
