Ordained for the Diocese of Camden in 1961. Per the Official Catholic Directory, Barber was on leave of absence 1971-1975, after which he no longer appears. Accused in 1994 in a RICO lawsuit filed in NJ of rape of girl, age 6, in 1961 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish.  Deceased. The RICO suit named about 14 priests; all were settled 3/2003. Barber’s name was included on the Diocese’s list of credibly accused 2/13/2019.
