Fr. Michael O. Barry
One of four priests included in settlement of lawsuit in 4/2007. Teacher and, at some point, a hospital chaplain in St. Louis. Accused of having sexually abused a student at a St. Louis Jesuit high school 1982-1985. Barry’s accuser said the priests plied him with alcohol and “played mind games” to silence him. Barry died 2/19/1987. Included on the Province’s 12/7/2018 list of credibly accused.
