Fr. Joseph C. Bell
First named publicly as accused on the San Bernardino diocese’s list 10/9/18. Assigned to St. Peter and St. Paul in Alta Loma 1985-86. Died in 1/87. Per diocese, it was first aware in 1985 of allegations in the 1960s-70s. Abuse reportedly occurred in IN, KY and NY. (There was also a Wheeling WV diocesan priest, Fr. Joseph G. Bell, who died in 6/86.)
