Fr. Leonard Adolph Bogdan
Named publicly as accused in Chicago Archdiocese report 3/20/2006. Allegations made in 1983, withdrawn in 1986. Excardinated to the Kalamazoo diocese in 1/1994. Retired from Kalamazoo 6/30/2000. Moved to AZ. Added to the Diocese of Phoenix’s list in 2019. Allegation was reasserted in 8/2001 and deemed credible in 9/2001. Privileges removed in 3/2002. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s report, which notes at least one “reported survivor,” of abuse in Chicago 1982-1984.
