Worked in IL, NJ, Ontario CA, KY, CA, WDC, WI, PA and MA. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 2006 in L.A. of “accosting” a young girl at a parish in the early 1980s. At the time the suit was filed, Boley was working as parochial vicar in Darien, IL. He left the assignment in 10/06 and moved to a Carmelite house in Joliet under a “safety plan.” Case included in massive 7/07 $660M settlement by L.A. Archdiocese with 508 plaintiffs. Accused in a case settled in 6/22 of repeatedly sexually abusing a girl in the 1980s at a parochial school in Chicago.
