Named publicly as accused by the Green Bay diocese in its list 1/17/19. It notes a single substantiated allegation of abuse in about 1955-56. Bouche died 4/2/95. On the Fargo diocese’s list 1/2/20, where he was assigned at some point. No known allegations of abuse there. On the La Crosse diocese’s list 1/18/20.
