Multiple allegations early 1960s-2003. Repeated admissions by Boulanger; sent to therapy and returned to active ministry multiple times. Also received treatment for alcohol abuse. Retired 2000. Placed on leave 2/02 when three additional accusations surfaced. Died 6/02. At least one claim included in an 11/02 settlement involving 28 priests.
