Fr. Lawrence O. Bourrie
Ordained in 1933 for the Archdiocese of Vancouver, B.C. Parish priest, pastor. Superintendent of Catholic Education for the Archdiocese by 1938-1939. Left Vancouver in 1946, the Directory noting “retire.” Transferred around that time to Nevada, involved with the Nevada Catholic Welfare Bureau, with offices in Reno and Las Vegas. Held prominent chancery positions in the Diocese of Reno as of 1966. Died in 1996. Named publicly as accused by the Las Vegas diocese on its list 4/12/2019. Noted to have been ordained for “another diocese.”
