Fr. Thomas Boyce
Removed from ministry in 2002, died the same year. Woman filed civil suit in 2002 alleging that Boyce abused her for several years in 1970s-1980s. She was ages 13-18 during the time of the abuse. Suit dismissed by MS Appeals Court on SOL 6/06. Diocese acknowledged abuse in 2003. In 1/07 MS Supreme Court declined to hear Plaintiff’s appeal. On diocese’s list 3/19/19.
