Fr. Edmund F. Burke
First named publicly as accused by the archdiocese when added 1/28/2018 to its list of clergy with substantiated allegations of child sexual abuse. Died in 1989. Per the archdiocese, first report of abuse was in 1991. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report, which notes seven “reported survivors,” of abuse 1951-1966.
