Extern priest from the Philippines. Sued in 1984. Cabaong and six other priests were accused of abuse of a girl. L.A. archdiocese report in 2004 shows one accuser. Claims against Cabaong and the other priests resolved for $500K as part of $660M settlement in 2007.
