Monsignor. From Ireland, where he was ordained in 1921. Arrived in the U.S. shortly after ordination. Per his obituary, Campbell was assigned to Church of the Nativity in Buffalo 1921-1923, then to St. John’s in Lockport. Pastor 1930-1947 of St. Anthony’s in Lockport, pastor of St. Peter’s in Lewiston 1947-1957, pastor of Our Lady of the Angels in Olean 1957 until his death 3/13/1970. Accused in a 2020 lawsuit(s) filed under the NY Child Victims Act.
