Worked in the Archdioceses of Baltimore, Chicago, New York, and Louisville, and the Dioceses of Tucson,  Columbus, San Diego, Covington, Monterey-Fresno, Reno, and Orange. A lawsuit filed in Fresno County CA in 2003 or 2004 claimed Campbell abused 1956-1959, before the Diocese of Monterey was created. Included on the Los Angeles archdiocese’s updated list 12/6/2018, which notes a report in 2010 of incidents 1956-1959 and 1978-1980, and Campbell’s death year as 1982. Included on the Dominicans St. Joseph Province list in late 2018, with Campbell’s death year as 1986, and noting that an allegation was established in 2007. On the Reno diocese’s list 4/5/2019, where he was assigned 1959-1976; the Reno list shows Campbell’s death year as 1988. Per Monterey Bishop Ryan, Campbell died in 1986. On the Las Vegas diocese’s list 4/12/2019. On the Columbus diocese’s list 12/3/2019. Included on the Covington diocese’s list 7/31/2020 with his death date as 9/22/86; the Official Catholic Directory confirms this date. Included in 8/2021 on the Fresno diocese’s list of credibly accused. On the Dominicans Holy Name Province list in 10/26/2021. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report. Included in 3/2024 on the Diocese of Tucson’s list, where he was assigned 1958-1959.
