Placed on leave without privileges in late 5/07, after diocese deemed credible allegations that he had abused several minors in the mid-1970s. Capua denied the allegations. Matter was to be referred to the Vatican for further review. Died 8/2/10 at Our Lady of Consolation Rehabilitation Center. On diocese’s list in 2/19.
