Assigned in the Archdiocese of Chicago, reportedly at Our Lady of the Rosary, Our Lady of Victory Parish 7/1972-5/1975, 4/1979-6/1979, 7/1989- 6/1999; St. Mary’s in Buffalo Grove 2004, 2009-2013, later 2013-1/2026. St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates 1999-2002, Holy Family Parish in Inverness IL 6/1999-7/2002. Carneiro was removed from ministry in 1/2026 after an allegation that he sexually abused a minor about 60 years prior in India.
