Fr. Frederick A. Carrigan
Removed from ministry in 1989 for inappropriate behavior with an adult. First accused in 1991 of the sexual abuse of a minor in 1972. Removed from all ministry in 2002. Bishop recommended laicization. Church trial in Fall 2008. Vatican announced in 5/2009 that Carrigan was to live a life of prayer and penance. He died 10/23/2019.
