From the Carmeites of Mary Immaculate St. Joseph’s Province in Thiruvananthapuram, India. Working in the Diocese of Shreveport LA when removed from ministry in 5/21 for violating the diocese’s Policy Concerning Sexual Abuse of Minors. Chemmampallil was criminally charged on 4 counts of the possession and distribution of images and videos of the sexual abuse of children, and 2 counts of the sexual abuse of animals. He was an associate priest at Christ the King Church.
