Fr. Meinrad Richard Chung
From Hawaii. Had aught religion at St. Mary’s High School in Colorado Springs for four years when accused of “inappropriate touching” of a male student in 1992. Chung died by suicide 3/20/92, a day after he was informed that the diocese was investigating the allegation. Named in a 2004 civil suit by a man who alleged Chung abused him when he was a 14-year- old student in 1982 at Holy Cross Abbey, a boarding school in Canon City, CO.
