Accused of the sexual abuse of at least three boys. Suspended in 1993 and later permanently removed from ministry. One lawsuit settled in 1993 for $25K. Named in a 1994 RICO suit; dismissed due to the statute of limitations in 6/2002. The plaintiffs shared in an $880K settlement in 3/2003. Included on the Diocese’s list of credibly accused 2/13/2019. Accused in a 12/2019 lawsuit of the sexual abuse of a boy, ages 14-15, in 1978-1979.
