Accused of abuse of at least three boys. Suspended in 1993 and later permanently removed from ministry. One lawsuit settled in 1993 for $25K. Named in a 1994 RICO suit; dismissed on SOL in 6/2002, but the plaintiffs shared in an $880K settlement in 3/2003. On the diocese’s list of accused 2/13/2019. Accused in a 12/2019 lawsuit of abuse of a boy, ages 14-15, in 1978-79.
