Teacher, parish priest, prison chaplain. Died in 2004. Per his obituary, Connor taught 1958-1972 at Sacred Heart Minor Seminary in Geneva IL, and later at Immaculate Heart High School in Watertown NY, for five years. He remained until his death in Watertown. He was the bishop’s liason for the Charismatic Renewal 1974-1984, and chaplain 1983-2003 at the Watertown Correctional Facility. Connor retired in 2003 and died 10/09/ 2004. He was accused in a lawsuit(s) filed in 2020 under the NY Child Victims Act.
