Fr. Alfred J. Constant
Monsignor. Two lawsuits were filed in 5/02 with accusations that Constant sexually assaulted a girl 1945-48 and a boy 1959-62. Name first appeared with eight others on diocese’s list in 5/02. At least one claim included in an 11/02 $5M settlement involving 62 victims and 28 priests. Died in 1973.
