Previously known as A. J. “Anthony” Helinski through at least 1988. Removed in 2002 after allegations of sexual misconduct with a boy under 18 more than 20 years previously. Permanently banned from ministry. Named in a 2004 civil suit. Laicized in 6/2006. Died 10/9/2016. Included on the archdiocese’s list of credibly accused 6/10/2019.
