As part of Section 13.1, Non-Monetary Commitments, of the Society of Jesus, Oregon Province, Reorganization Plan (dated 7/18/11) the province agreed to post on its website the names of all members of the province who are identified as perpetrators of sexual abuse in proofs of claims filed in the bankruptcy case, and who have not denied the allegation. Worked in the San Francisco, Helena, Boise City, Seattle, Spokane, and Great Falls dioceses. Not listed in the Official Catholic Directory after 1951. On Great Falls-Billings diocese’s list 8/21/18. Per Jesuits West list 12/7/18, sex abuse of a minor 1945-49 reported in 2009. He was dismissed circa 1950.
