Fr. Thomas Corbett
Charged in 2002 with two counts of third-degree sexual abuse in 1991. The charge, later dismissed, involved a woman. Working in the diocese’s legal services office for the diocesan marriage tribunal. Removed from this position 5/02. Another woman complained in 4/02 that Corbett abused her when she was a minor 1974-75. She said her parents told another priest and Corbett was transferred. Per the diocese in 2012, Corbett was sentenced by the Vatican to a life of prayer and penance. He died in 4/21.
