Deacon. Pled guilty in 1995 to fondling a girl’s breasts repeatedly. Sentenced to 5 years’ probation. In a 2018 lawsuit accused, along with Rev. Cathal Brennan, of the sexual abuse of a boy 1993-96 at Holy Cross parish. Creel denied the allegations.
