Fr. Martin Cullen
Named publicly as accused by the Diocese of Fargo on its list 1/2/2020. Allegations substantiated. Removed from ministry in 1992. Cullen told a reporter in 3/2020 that he sexually abused two children and that he regretted the “emotional abuse his victims may feel”; he also said he wasn’t sorry. He died 3/25/2022. Per his obituary, Cullen “retired” from ministry in 1992 and moved to his summer home on Middle Cormorant Lake in Becker County, MN., then moved back to Fargo in 1998.
