Named publicly as accused by the diocese on its list 1/2/20. Allegations substantiated. Removed from ministry in 1992. Cullen told a reporter in 3/20 that he sexually abused two children, and that he regretted the “emotional abuse his victims may feel” and he said he wasn’t sorry.
