Two sisters filed suit in 1/04 alleging sexual abuse by Curry 1976-79, when they were ages 9-12 and 12-15. The abuse allegedly occurred while he was assigned to St. Jude’s in Spencer, IN. Assigned to Tell City, Indianapolis, Shelbyville parishes; pastor St. Jude in Spencer 1976-86. Transferred in 1986 to the Pensacola-Tallahasse FL diocese. Died 2/7/91. On the Indianapolis archdiocese’s list 10/12/18. It notes seven known victims. Included on the Pensacola-Tallahassee list of credibly accused.
