Member of the Carmelite order 1953-2005. Died in 2005. Assigned in OH, PA, IL, Ontario Canada, PA, NY. Named publicly as accused on the Carmelites list 11/22/2020. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report, which notes at least one “reported survivor.” (No information as to when or where abuse occurred; placing O’Brien in the Diocese of Joliet, where the Province is based.)
