From Colombia. In 1995 a woman said she was recently raped by Delgado at a religious retreat after she sought counseling from him. Delgado was a seminarian at the time. He was acquitted by jury. In a 8/98 civil suit, the woman claimed that just before her incident, Delgado had been accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl and pled guilty in 1997. May have returned to Columbia as part of a probation agreement. Included in 1/21 on the Fall River diocese’s list, where he worked at some point at Cathedral Camp in East Freetown.
