Fr. Thomas F. Dempsey
Worked in the La Crosse diocese off and on 1955-75 (15 parishes in 15 years). Incardinated into the Boston archdiocese in 1976. Pleaded guilty in 1997 in WI to one count of indecent behavior with a boy during the 1960s. Sentenced to community service and to pay up to $6K for counseling for victims. Senior Priest/Retired status in 1989. Died in 1998. Also abused in Boston and NH. Named in at least three suits. Name included on the Boston archdiocese’s list in 8/11.
