Fr. Chester J. Devlin
Removed in 4/2002 as head of the diocese’s Respect Life Office and from parish assignment after an allegation of sexual misconduct with a minor in the 1980s. During the 1980s he was headmaster at two private schools within the diocese. Sued in 2003 by one man alleging abuse in 1979 at Holy Name High School. No criminal charges due to the statute of limitations.
