From the Archdiocese of Lahore in Pakistan. Accused of the sexual abuse of boys in several countries. Worked from time to time in the Archdiocese of Westminster in England. Studied in Rome in the mid-1980s and worked some summers as a fill-in priest in the New York City area. Arrested in 1996 for the abuse of two boys, one age 9, in England in the 1980s. Jailed, then released on bail and sent to a Servants of the Paraclete treatment center in rural England. Fled in early 1997 to Pakistan, where he was refused ministry. Living by 1999 in the New York City area. Returned to Pakistan after he was refused ministry by several U.S. dioceses. Worked at a Muslim school in Lahore, then was allowed ministry in the Diocese of Multan. Eventually dismissed from Multan. Returned to Lahore, then again to the U.S. Was in active ministry in the summer of 2002 at a parish in the Archdiocese of Newark. In late 2003 Dominic was found working in Italy, in the Diocese of Saona-Noli. (There are several variations of his name, depending on where he worked, including Dominic Yousaf.)
