Monsignor. Named publicly as accused by attorney Mitchell Garabedian on 1/19/2021. Allegedly sexually abused an altar boy, age 13, in 1946, while assigned to St. Joseph’s in Trenton. The abuse included sodomy. The suit settled in 2020 in the low six figures on behalf of the estate of the alleged victim, who died prior to the resolution of the case.
