Ordained for the Richmond diocese. Appointed Bishop of Memphis, TN in 1970. Resigned 1982. Died 12/7/85. Named publicly as credibly accused by the Richmond diocese on its list 2/13/19. Allegation was reported after his death. Included in the Memphis diocese’s report 2/28/20.
