Fr. William J. Duffy
Moved 3-4 times in first 4 years of career. Taught in the Philippines. Army chaplain during WWII. Included on list of accused priests and religious posted by the Law Offices of Mitchell Garabedian 1/19/11. Per Garabedian, at least one claim settled with the Boston archdiocese involving allegations against this priest. At 96, Duffy was the oldest Jesuit priest in the Northeast Province of US when he died in 7/98. Omitted from the 2011 Boston AD Database because he was an Order priest. Included on the Jesuits Northeast Province list of credibly accused 1/1519. It notes allegations received in 2005 of abuse 1957-58.
