Fr. Paul E. Duggan
Named publicly as credibly accused by the Diocese of San Jose on its list updated 4/5/2019. It notes that Duggan was removed from public ministry by the San Francisco archdiocese in 2002 due to a recent report of “sexual misconduct with a child at St. Patrick School during the 1950s.” Duggan retired in 1983 and died 3/30/2007.
