Named publicly as accused on the Diocese’s 9/20/2019 list of clerics with substantiated allegations. Parish priest, assigned 1974-1984 to Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School. Per the list, Duke’s ministry ended in 1987. Died in 1990.
