Fr. Jean-Level Eliscard
Ordained in Haiti in 1990. Working in New Jersey when arrested in 11/1994 for the recent sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. He was at the airport awaiting a flight to Haiti when arrested. Convicted in 1995; received a three-year probated sentence. Returned to Haiti. In 2003 he was working in a Canadian diocese. Prior to offense, he had worked in the Diocese of Brooklyn and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
