Bishop Joseph W. Estabrook
Episcopal Vicar for the Eastern half of the US of the Archdiocese for Military Services. Made Monsignor in 1997. Ordained auxiliary bishop for the US Military in 2004. Died 2/4/2012, at age 67. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/2019 of sexually abusing a student, ages 14-16, at St. Vincent de Paul parish, 1969-1971.
