Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/19 of abuse of a student, ages 14-16, at St. Vincent de Paul parish,1969-71. Episcopal Vicar for Eastern half of the US of the Archdiocese for Military Services. Made Monsignor in 1997. Ordained auxiliary bishop for the US Military in 2004. Died 2/4/12, age 67.
