Parish priest, Superintendent of Schools, school chaplain and counselor. Died 4/19/98. Named publicly as accused by the diocese on its list in 3/21. Abuse allegedly occurred at St. Anne’s in Garden CIty, where Farley was assigned beginning in 1952, in a private home on Long Island and in Farley’s car.
