From Spain. Monsignor. Placed on leave in 2002 after he was accused of inappropriate conduct with a young girl in 1982. DA’s office said matter was beyond statute of limitations. A Diocesan committee recommended he be removed. Returned to Spain where he was an active priest in the Diocese of Ourense. Died at age 71 in 8/2006. On the Trenton diocese’s list 2/13/2019. Multiple alleged victims noted.
