Named publicly as accused by the Archdiocese on its list 11/30/2018. Report to the Archdiocese in 1996 of abuse of a 17-year-old male high school student in Phoenix for several years, beginning in 1971. Finch left Omaha in 1963 for a military chaplaincy. Moved in 1969 to the Diocese of Phoenix. Became chaplain in 1992 to a cloistered convent in the Diocese of Albany. Left there in early 2018. Added to Albany’s list 12/3/2019. Included in the NE Attorney General’s 11/2021 report.
