Fr. John H. Flynn, Jr.
Accused in a 1/03 civil suit of fondling a 6-year-old girl in 1978. Flynn denied the accusation. Settled by arbitration with the archdiocese in 2003. Reinstated in 10/05 by the archdiocese, which stated that the allegation could not be substantiated. Included on the archdiocese’s list in 8/11. Died 1/30/11. Status in 8/22 remains ‘unsubstantiated.’
